You or a friend must be hosting a photon server on their computer. Running your own photon server let's you control the server logic, which allows for forcefully disconnecting players (impossible in the cloud server), banning by IP address, and will lower ping significantly depending on your internet connection and location. Essentially what you are doing is running your own photon server on your computer and having players connect directly to your computer rather than Feng's default cloud server.
